The history of the Volunteer Firemen's Association of S\u0103lacea dates back to 1875.
\u00a0The purpose of the establishment, at that time, was to minimize fire damage in thatched houses, which were highly flammable.
\u00a0Over the centuries, the activity has been constantly maintained, generating income and organizing balls.<\/p>

Today, the association has 14 active members, led by B\u00e1nya Attila and L\u00e9cz Attila.<\/p>
